Soundarya Club Terms and Conditions
- The Forest Essentials Soundarya Program ("Soundarya Program") is a free rewards program offered by Forest Essentials to its customers in India. Membership in the Soundarya Program ("Membership") is limited to individuals only and to one account per individual.
- The Soundarya Program is applicable at all exclusive retail stores and on Forest Essentials' website, within India.
- Points can be earned and utilized at exclusive retail stores and on Forest Essentials' website only, within India.
- Forest Essentials reserves the right to terminate the Soundarya Program at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice. In the case of termination of the program, Forest Essentials will not be held liable for any points balance, coupon credit or any other award related amounts that may be reflecting against registered customer’s account.
- Promotional purchases like those that involve gifts with purchase, offers, or coupons will not be eligible for points accrual. However, they will be counted towards the cumulative spend by a customer for tier upgrades.
- Spend related points will expire within 180 days from the date of earning.
- Milestone reward coupons will expire within 15 days from the date of earning.
- Milestone reward coupons can only be redeemed against the minimum purchase value specified in the program structure.
- Customers are eligible to earn only one Milestone Reward Coupon per tier.
- Failure to achieve the required tier retention spend within 365 days of achieving the tier will result in the customer being downgraded to the next lower tier.
- In case of a lost Milestone Reward Coupon, the customer needs to write to service@forestessentialsindia.com from their registered Email ID.
- A Milestone Reward Coupon, once expired, cannot be reinstated.
- It is the sole responsibility of the customer to input the Milestone Reward Coupon code correctly while placing an order on www.forestessentialsindia.com or giving the coupon code to the store staff for redemption at a retail store.
- Loyalty points will only be earned on purchases done after a customer’s enrollment in the Soundarya Program. Transactions completed prior to joining the program cannot be added to the account.
- Transfer or gifting of points amongst Soundarya Club members is not permitted in any manner.
- Points earned in the Soundarya Program cannot be exchanged for cash or credit of any form.
- Customers will need to share certain basic personal details to enroll in the Soundarya Program. Forest Essentials will ensure that these details are kept secure as per the Privacy Policy available at https://www.forestessentialsindia.com/privacy-and-cookie-policy.
- Forest Essentials will not be responsible for any incorrectly filled Soundarya Club membership applications. In all such cases, the applicant will have to reshare the details with the store staff or on the website, the case may be. Otherwise, the application will become ineligible.
- Soundarya Club points accrued during a particular transaction are not eligible for redemption on the same transaction. Points can be redeemed only on subsequent purchases.
- Forest Essentials reserves the sole right to add, alter, modify, change, or vary all or any of the Soundarya Club benefits, tiers, slabs, rules, regulations, membership eligibility criteria or any other feature of a particular tier as well as the Soundarya Program as a whole, without a prior intimation.
- Forest Essentials is authorised to debit the account of Soundarya Club members for a valid redemption as well as for any points that are credited incorrectly.
- Membership to the Soundarya Club Program & the availing of member benefits is non-transferable, non-assignable and at any such transfer or assignment by any member shall be considered void and not binding on Forest Essentials. A customer found to be in breach of this maybe faced with legal repercussions and/or termination from the program.
- Members hereby authorize Forest Essentials to use the information collected from them during enrolment in the Soundarya Program, for marketing and communication purposes.
- Membership does not ensure any preferential treatment or additional privileges, other than the schemes and offers announced to members from time to time.
- All disputes and differences relating to the Soundarya Club are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Delhi court.
- Forest Essentials reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and/or liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all these Terms and Conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Soundarya Program with any other program, whether similar to this Soundarya Program or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- Forest Essentials is authorised to take any administrative and/or legal action against a Soundarya Club member in the event of the Soundarya Club member is found to be attempting fraud, misrepresentation, cheating, forgery, or abuse of the Membership or benefits. This shall include without limitation, forfeiture of the accumulated Soundarya Club points and related rewards and may result in the termination of the Membership.
