What denominations are available for Forest Essentials gift cards?
FE gift cards are available in the following denominations: ₹1,100, ₹2,100, ₹3,100, ₹5,100, ₹11,000.
How are physical gift cards shipped and what are the estimated delivery times?
Physical gift cards are shipped to the shipping address in gift packaging. Please allow for shipping time for the delivery of physical gift cards. Estimated delivery timelines can be found under our Shipping FAQs.
How long does it take to receive an e-gift card after placing an order?
E-gift cards are delivered via email, within approximately 1 hour of placing the order.
Can the email address be changed after purchasing a gift card? What happens if an incorrect email is entered?
Double check the Email ID you enter at the time of purchase and ensure it is correct. An email ID cannot be changed once the gift card has been bought. In case an incorrect email ID is mentioned during the order process, it cannot be corrected and the gift card cannot be re-issued.
What is the process for redeeming a gift card online?
Online redemption process: At the payment gateway, select the "Gift Card Redeem" option next to other payment methods (debit/credit cards, club card). Choose from among the following options:
- Soundarya Gift Card – For physical gift cards.
- Soundarya Gift Coupon – If the card starts and ends with letters.
- E-Gift Card – If the card starts with a letter and ends with a number.
Enter your gift card number and your personal offer will be applied to your cart. Proceed to checkout.
How can I redeem a gift card in a physical retail store?
Offline redemption process: Present the physical gift card or the email with the E-gift card details to our retail store staff. They will assist you in the redemption process on the billing system.
How long are gift cards valid, and can they be reinstated after expiration?
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue. Once expired, it becomes ineligible for use and cannot be reinstated.
How do I redeem a gift card using the PIN? Is an OTP required for redemption?
Gift cards are redeemed using a unique PIN which is mentioned in the gift card email which you would have received from Forest Essentials. During checkout, once you click on apply gift card a pop-up will open asking for your PIN. Please enter the PIN in the designated column and proceed to checkout. There is no OTP required for redemption.
Can I earn loyalty points when making purchases using gift cards?
Purchases made using gift cards are not eligible for loyalty point accrual. You will not earn points on the purchase of a gift card.
What should I do if I haven’t received my e-gift card via email?
If you have not received your purchased gift card on email, we urge you to check the junk folder once first. If you have not received it, please write to us at service@forestessentialsindia.com and our support team will try to assist you with a re-delivery of the email.
Can gift cards be exchanged for cash or any currency?
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, kind, any currency or product value equivalent under any circumstances.
Are gift cards refundable or returnable after they have been issued?
Once issued, a gift card cannot be returned or refunded.
What should I do if my gift card is blocked during online redemption?
In case your gift card gets blocked while redeeming it online, please write to service@forestessentialsindia.com and our team will help you to reinstate it, if it is within the expiry period.
Are gift cards valid for international orders on the Forest Essentials website?
Gift cards are valid for online redemption via www.forestessentialsindia.com on international orders in geographies where we provide our services.
Are gift card purchases eligible for any Gift With Purchase or Free Samples promotions?
Orders for gift cards are not eligible to receive any Gift With Purchase or Free Samples benefits.
