Innate to Indian tradition, the ritual of applying fragrant body powders was handed down from the Vedas. In Ayurveda, dusting powders were recommended for their natural, antibacterial properties that have a calming effect on the mind, to refresh the body and skin.
Back in the day, home-made concoctions of highly absorbent cornstarch were used to tackle heat and sweat during the Indian Summer. These were infused with cooling Vetiver grass and moisturizing rose petal powder, along with detoxifying powders of Turmeric, Amla, and Neem, to procure a refreshing blend to cool the mind, body and skin.
Owing to the anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, these concoctions were often used to heal wounds, soothe rashes and redness, as well as for baby powder. Since these were formulated using natural ingredients from the kitchen and farms, these were considered safe to use for new born babies and young children.
With just a dash of dusting powder, one feels a cooling & refreshing sensation, almost instantly! Enriched with potent herbs and ingredients, these dusting powders keep the skin fresh and dry without disturbing skin’s natural moisture content, whilst making it soft, supple and satin-smooth.

Breeze through Summer, clean, cool and refreshed with a nourishing, fragrant bath & body care routine. Warm oils relax and tone the muscles, detoxify the body, calm the nervous system, soothe emotions and lend lustre to the skin. When complimented with the trio of a cleansing Shower Wash, absorbent Dusting Powder and cooling Body Mist, the skin is left feeling refreshed and deliciously scented. We recommend layering these with a fragrance of your choice for the scent to last longer.
• Warm a small quantity of the massage oil using the double boiler technique.
• Massage onto skin using gentle yet firm strokes. Keep on for 20-30 minutes. Alternatively, you may use the oil as a Bath Oil by pouring 2-3 capfuls of the oil into the bath to nourish the skin.
• Follow with a warm bath and use the Silkening Shower Wash to cleanse the skin.
• After the bath, apply the Silken Dusting Powder on towel dried skin. This 100% natural, highly absorbent, talc-free powder leaves the skin smooth and refreshed with a delicate floral fragrance.
• End with a spritz of the Body Mist on your pulse points.
