A: Our website is operational and we are accepting online orders across India and internationally.
Q: WHAT PROTECTIVE MEASURES ARE BEING TAKEN TO ENSURE ONLINE DELIVERIES ARE HANDLED SAFELY? IS MY ONLINE DELIVERY SAFE TO RECEIVE?
A: All online orders are being processed at our warehouse, where we personally ensure that all recommended measures are being taken to ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers and staff incldusing social distancing, frequent disinfecting and utmost care in packaging.
We have been working closely with our external courier services to keep up to date with extra precautions that have been introduced. Our courier services are all stringently following government advice, communicating health and safety guidelines with their employees.
Q: WILL MY ORDERS BE DELAYED?
A: While we will endeavour to deliver your order at the earliest, we request you to bear with possible delays due to the restrictions in movement both within India and internationally. Delays are likely to be longer for areas that are sealed as we will only be able to attempt delivery once the locality is unsealed. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering your order as soon as possible.

Q: WHAT IS FOREST ESSENTIALS DOING TO CONTRIBUTE?
A: The Forest Essentials Family stands by the frontline workers who are tirelessly working day and night to safeguard us through the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, and are doing whatever is possible in our own small way to help at this time.
We are proud and privileged to be able to support them by providing them with high-quality Hand Sanitizers, surface cleansers and Neem infused antiseptic soaps. The Hand Sanitizers are made with 73% pure grain alcohol, powerful silver ions and anti-microbial Ayurvedic herbs along with Aloe Vera juice and glycerin to keep the hands moisturized, whilst protecting them.
The All India Institute of Medical Sciences, more popularly known as AIIMS is converting its extensive Trauma Center building into a COVID-19 Hospital. To aid their immense efforts, we have already distributed the first batch of our Hand Sanitizers to AIIMS and are following this with further batches to help ensure the safety of their staff, patients and health workers.
We are distributing these to the brave Uttarakhand Police Force, who are fearlessly dealing with the epidemic without thinking of themselves, as well as to the local hospitals, district offices and public service offices in Uttarakhand, where our spiritual home lies.
We have also distributed Hand Care Lotions to the Apollo Group of Hospitals for their staff, to protect and nourish their hands against dryness from frequent sanitizing.
